I received wonderful, compassionate care after walking in half an hour before closing with a hacking cough that left me unable to breathe. I was seen promptly and the PA considered my symptoms then ordered a prescription for me. I will return if I need urgent care in the future!

Front desk help was exceptionally polite/ patient. The MA that took me back to the room was not personable. Never made eye contact, when speaking seemed annoyed. But, once she realized hiw much discomfort I was in and worried I was she did reassure me that the dr would be in, in a few minutes. Dr. Snooper was great. She helped reassure me she was going to help me figure out what was going on. She also gave me a referral and assured I would be able to get an appointment in the next few days. She was right. I had an appointment with the referred ENT two days later. All staff was patient, and the wait time was minimal, the dr was great with giving me her full attention.

The team is great: friendly, informative, and efficient (except for the frustrating website). And they do RAPID PCR tests, which I needed for travel. Would come here again in a heartbeat.

It was great! I was able to schedule my appointment fast. Staff were cordial and knowledgeable. I went in at 7:50AM and was out by 8:40AM. They did a complete examination and tests. Test results and prescription order were available to me promptly. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing people here that treated me with the best care and knowledge I could possibly receive. I am truly grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and attention to details. The entire staff both front and back of the establishment are ALL Stars In the medical field. I honestly was treated better here than an emergency room ive ever been to before out of many years of injuries. I was attacked by a small dog with sharp teeth and I feel very good peace of mind knowing they left no stone unturned in making sure I'm protected and treated properly so that nothing could further hurt my health. Thank you to everyone. You all went the extra mile. Even when i went to my pharmacy that ended up being closed by the time I got there, they answered the phone immediately even late at night 8:50 pm to then send my prescription to another pharmacy that was 24 hours. I recommend this Medical care to anyone that wants only the best. Thanks everyone here including the one In full charge, Deborah Spooner. She is extremely knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with her confidence and management.

Katzen Eye recommended EZ Med for a pre surgery report they require. I went on Sunday morning as EZ Med suggested and was seen promptly and efficiently. I was done in 45 minutes. Very satisfied!

I was a new patient. Check in was easy using a computer in the waiting room. There were no other patients when I arrived so waiting time was minimal. From the time I walked in until I was through I could not have had a better experience. The receptionist was patient and understanding. This visit I saw Dr Allen Chircus who was knowledgable and explained things to me as we went. A previous visit I had seen Dr Dena Rubin who was also exceptional. Coming here and being with this team of people you can tell they are happy to be here. You feel better, almost lighter, when you leave. Aaron Jacob was incredibly upbeat and patient tonight. I was the last person to be seen this evening and he was so positive. The staff was also very positive and enthusiastic. I would encourage anyone to come here in the future. You are in good hands.

I wound up at EZMED Urgent Care because my internist’s office (at prominent hospital) did not call me back. Everyone at EZ, from front desk to tech to PA in training to PA was so professional and kind. Arrival to departure I was there about 45-minutes. So, they’re prompt, too. 48-hours later I’m feeling much better and even considering switching my primary care to EZ.

I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH EZ MED AND A BROKEN BONE IN MY FOOT. THERE WAS NO WAIT AND EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE WAS PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS URGENT CARE CENTER.

I work up the street from this EZMed Urgent Care. I and several coworkers choose this place over urgent cares closer to home because of how efficient and varied their services are. Even during peak Covid with patients literally wrapped around the building, the staff took time to address the migraine I was experiencing on top of needing a Covid test. I always recommend this place to my coworkers and have even suggested it to friends at home just over the PA state line.

Thorough exam and the wait time was not bad for a Walk In.

Booked an appointment to get my pre-op physical, EKG, and blood work done. All the staff were amazing and nice and made me feel comfortable. The lady at the front desk checked me in with no issues. Victoria took my blood and I couldn't even feel it she was amazing! I did have to wait a little while to see the doctor but I understood they were busy. Everything is all taken care of my surgery and they made it easy and simple!

As always, a wonderful, professional & very comfortable experience at EZ Med here in Timonium. PA Deborah is extremely thorough & I am very confident w her care & diagnosis. My pulmonologist concurred with her treatment. ONLY Urgent Care in this area that dies RSV testing. If you need viral testing (flu,Covid, RSV) it’s the only place to go. All the staff were great & very professional & so pleasant. Definitely recommend.

I have been to this Urgent Care 3 times in the past 2 months and I must say I've been very impressed with the wait times no matter how many people are in the waiting room. Also the front desk & MA's are FABULOUS !!!

I was seen within 15 minutes of arrival. Was there for a preop ECG only. The technician was very friendly and professional. After the doctor read the ECG, she came in and explained the results, gave me a copy of the ECG, and I was out of there. it was a very good overall experience.
